Smooth transaction from start to end, amazed the delivery driver managed ro carry the bed boxes on his own as they were awkward sizes and heavy. Bed fairly easy to assemble. Would highly recommend seller and would use again.

I just got a triple bunk bed from them, I was skeptical with any online orders! But this bed exceeded my expectations. (SuperSonic triple bunk bed). It’s very sturdy and solid. Also their mattress( memory pocket spring) so good at this price. One very happy parent of 2 happy kids!! My kids loved them

I was so impressed by the whole experience we had buying from Sleepland beds. We'd been looking for a bunk bed for our 6yo twins for a while and hadn't found anything perfect. Ideally we wanted some additional storage, but the ones we were finding made the bed too wide. We were coming up to our deadline (the day we'd both booked off work to build it!) and were resigned to ordering just a basic option. Somehow after weeks of searching we came upon the sleepland site and the Platinum bunk bed, it was absolutely ideal as with the storage at the head/tail end it filled perfectly the space available. I called them to find out when delivery could be (as we were now a only a week off our day of leave) and spoke to a REAL PERSON who was extremely helpful, explained how their delivery worked, took my details and promised to ring me back with dates. He did! He gave us two potential dates, one of which was the day before our day off and one the following week (which would've worked out ok). Delivery ended up being on the first day, so perfect! The night before, we received an email with our one hour delivery slot. The guys came exactly on time, 5 minutes into the slot, and brought the boxes and mattresses upstairs to the room. They gave me some assembly tips too. After they'd gone I wanted to look at the instructions and realised I didn't know which box they were in, so I emailed sleepland with a photo of the stack of boxes and they explained what each contained, what order to open them in, and where I could find the instructions (they also emailed them as pdf too so I was able to print a second copy so we'd have one each when building). Next day was construction day. Husband and I have made lots of flatpack furniture in our time including a large Pax wardrobe, and we didn't have any trouble with the bunk bed. The instructions were great and ultra clear. The screws were all organised in labelled bags and all the pieces of wood were numbered with stickers. It is a big job but we got it done within the school day, so around 6 hours with a couple of breaks. The bed is SO solid and sturdy, I'm so glad we bought it and not a 'typical' bunk bed. I'm very happy getting up into the top bunk to change the sheets or lying down with my son after a bad dream. I love the combination of metal and wood/mdf, it's really a good looking bed. My boys absolutely love it. No creaking or wobbling when they get in and out of bed. The cupboards and shelves are fantastic, especially the little shelf that pulls out for the bottom bunk's bedside table, and the 'boxes' at the end of the top bunk are just fab for keeping all the little trinkets my son must have close at hand every night as well as a lamp or a clip light. The access 'windows' to the shelving in the middle are great, going from both the bed and the wall side. We fit some kitchen under counter LED strips in here for lighting which look amazing. Bedding fits in the cupboard under the ladder - it's a great space saver. Actually 4 months in and we still haven't filled all the cupboards! I've got to say that the price is fantastic too, on a par with beds closer to the £1000 mark that we had seen on other sites. But to be honest, it was the service we got that was more important to us, having someone on the end of the phone to ask questions to, and having their own delivery lorry and delivery men who knew what they were talking about rather than outsourcing. I don't think we will ever need to buy another bunk bed as I'm sure this one will last us until my boys leave home! But I have already recommended sleepland to friends and if you're reading this I highly recommend them to you too.
