This bed company is far the best I have come around , very good customer service very helpful on the phone , no issues what so ever, bed is well made and sturdy my little boy is very happy now he has a double bed so thank you for all your help. Fast delivery.Also thank you very much to the two delivery drivers which were very helpful taking the bed up the stairs and very polite and kind , thank you Sleepland will would use this again in the future.

I ordered a triple bunk on the Sunday and on Monday they contacted to say could I take delivery on the Thursday but no problem if not! Amazingly quick and efficient customer service and delivery. The delivery team were fab and advised us which order to open the boxes and the bed itself it just fab. Instructions are easy to follow and really well made! A really great experience from start to finish with this company, thanks so much!!! Definitely recommend to everyone

Placed an order with Sleepland Beds, time estimate for delivery on website was 1 to 2 weeks. I was contacted the day after ordering and advised of a delivery slot a couple of days later. The delivery men arrived on time and carried the boxes upstairs for me and I found them both to be very polite. It was a cabin Bed that I had purchased for my son, which has now been assembled. The bed is of a very good quality and my son loves it. I also found them to be very reasonably priced. I would definitely use again in the future.

Sleepland had a great choice of bunk beds and the right one for us. The choice of mattresses is great and the whole deal was great value. Most importantly the online chat person was very responsive and very helpful with stock and delivery information.

The bed was delivered as agreed. Delivery drivers were very polite and put the bed into the room for me. The bed is of good quality and was put together easily by my son mainly on his own with just a little help from myself.

Cannot fault this company in any way. We turned up at the shop as I was a little wary as to how sturdy the gaming bed would be as it was for my 6' 17 year old! Staff were great, so was the bed. Advised there would be a wait of a couple of weeks delivery, but had a phone call and it was delivered way before estimate. Delivery was spot on, we were given a one hour time slot and the delivery men were courteous and helpful. All in all the perfect buying experience, and supporting a small business rather than multinationals was the icing on the cake.

Great customer service from start to finish, bed was delivered quickly, the staff got the bed up to the bedroom for us. We all love the bed, it's sturdy, looks good and the kids sleep well on the mattresses (we got the top quality ones). Adults who have slept in the bed have found it comfortable too. It feels safe and well constructed. Would happily recommend.
