Starting from pre-sales, the team responded to all of my enquiries patiently before placing my order, they keep update on my delivery status and the bed has been delivered to the room on first floor without any damage to my house. They even made a follow-up call to review the overall service with me after around 6 weeks. This is definitely an excellent customer experience and I am very happy during this experience.

I ordered the White Marion Small Double Triple Bunk Bed with shelves and an under-bed drawer for my almost 6-year old son. I also purchased the Memory Pocket mattresses to go with it. Sleepland Beds got in touch to confirm the order and to let me know that their delivery schedule for that week had already been arranged, so they’d be in touch the following week to offer a delivery slot. Communication was efficient and the delivery slot was easily arranged and the bed arrived exactly when they said it would. Assembly took a few hours and the instructions were easy to follow. My son absolutely loves his new bed and sleeps so much better on the comfy mattresses compared to his old bed. The bed is incredibly sturdy, and the shelves are a great feature. I’d highly recommend Sleepland Beds and will be ordering again when my youngest son, who is desperate for a bunk bed like his cool big brother, is old enough to be trusted not to do himself a mischief.

Delivery was quick and both drivers were amazing, they were very friendly and helpful, they phoned me when they was on the way to me. the bed came in lots of boxes and was very heavy, both drivers kindly carried it all upstairs for me. The bed was amazing, easy and simple to build and my kids love it, very strong and sturdy.

Great communication. Rang straight after ordering to arrange delivery and I was also able to change colour last minute. Delivery right on schedule. Very easy to deal with.
