Recently looking to purchase a record player. Unsure of which to choose so sent a Facebook msg. Got a reply suggesting one triple the budget I said I had. Asked about another I had in mind and got confirmation that indeed it was sufficient for my needs. Ordered it and delivery was quick. Removed it slightly from the box to see a very large crack in the lid of the player. Took pictures to show I hadn't even removed the polestyrene. The damage was done prior to delivery. Tried to use the returns option on the website..... Useless as I got errors. Emailed the pictures of damaged item and website errors requesting a returns procedure. Heard nothing back. Sent msg on Facebook bd was advised I would receive returns label by email. Returned item on 13/11/2020 and have emailed and Facebook msged. No reply from hifi-tower to date.

Really good experience, quick delivery and great selection of products

Good quality product. Looks exactly as it is shown on the web. Delivery time a day earlier than promised. For improvement: 1. shorter delivery time 2. Delivery company to give at least 24hr notice if delivery time and date differ from the originally promised.time.I was given one hour notice for last delivery on a different date than expected and was at work.

This is my second purchase of Hifi Tower. Again the delivery was efficient. I have just received the lounger and so haven't had the opportunity to really use it, but it appears to be fairly well made and robust, so suitable for its intended purpose.

They send me a damage product and i try to contact them for weeks and nothing so i open a case and after that they answer and told me i need to return this back for refund i send the heater back and now i wait moore than 2 weeks for refund is alredy 2 months since I purchased the heater. Never ever with this company.
