Worst company ever

Ordered air cooler on 29 June, ups said delivered and signed for 10 days later. I never received this product. Have rang hifi towers numerous times and excuse after excuse. I've emailed and get stock replays. It's 4 weeks now since ordering, and still no product or refund. They are the worst company to deal with, impossible to contact and absolutely no customer care. Use at your pearl.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered speakers on June 26th. Apparently 3 to 5 days for delivery. Took my payment. After emailing them 4 times because no despatch details I received 4 invoices for the same order. I was told 6 days ago my item was despatched and today I received an email saying they were refunding me my money. Only after i raised am issue with PayPal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! JOKE!!

Do no buy from this company

I ordered an evaporative air cooler on their website 4 days ago. The email I received advised that I would receive a full confirmation of my order, an order number or an invoice within 2 hours. I have heard nothing from them. I emailed the company after 2 days but no reply. I have tried ringing them but calls cost 20p a minute and I was left hanging on. I have just checked my online bank account and see that the payment from my account appears twice. I think this company is acting fraudulently and would advise you to buy elsewhere Update: It gets worse and worse. After 10 days hifi tower advised me that they did not have the item in stock. The item was still showing on their website. I emailed to cancel my order. I was then advised that the item had been despatched anyway. Having returned the item I have not received a refund. I emailed about this and the fact that I had been charged twice and was owed an immediate refund of almost £190. I have received a reply to say that they have a large number of emails to deal with and I will receive a reply as soon as possible.

i ordered 4 air coolers they have all ready got the payment. but still no confirmation on order or order number. I tried ringing for 2 days allways line busy sent email no reply i dont know where i stand my money already taken and no communication with the company would give them zero ratings but 1 star is the lowest i can click

Totally disappointed 😓😥

Totally disappointed 😓😥 I bought a scooter for 169 euros and after exactly 1 month it was totally destroid. I have sent many email and they don’t replay at all. There is such nice trustables companies to purchase but HI Fi never more I will buy anything.

I was disappointed with the product so…

I was disappointed with the product so went through the the online procedure to send a return (which they say they do within 14 days). I got an automated email saying that I would be hearing from someone soon about how to return the project, that was over 25 days ago and still no word.
