I am sharing my review because after i purchased my product I then read some serious bad reviews that made me nervous. I ordered a Sub-woofer. The order/shipping was as you would expect. I'm happy with the product, packaging, quality communication and price.Also free shipping. No complaints. I will shop here again.

Great customer service
Although the PA Speaker they sold me were unreliable (after both broke after a half dozen uses) they did give me a full refund after an attempt to repair it. Did get a full refund on request so would purchase from them again. Found them helpful and gave be great customer service.

Bought a home gym from them
Bought a home gym from them. It arrived with many parts missing. Had to return it to them and replace it by another. That arrived and parts are missing again. Hifi Tower.....never ever again

Ordered a fridge freezer off their website in November. Received an email shortly after, saying they "had received my payment for something but don't know what for! My order was then delayed month after month after month until I finally gave up 3 months later and got my money back in February. The reason given for delays was due to lack of stock however the product was still showing in stock on their website, throughout.

HiFi-Tower....not for me
I bought a stereo in 2017 but it did not come with a UK plug adaptor as stated. I phoned the company and was asked to accept a £5 refund to enable me to buy an adaptor. Please note that this £5 did not go into my purse to spend as I wished, as I had to buy the adaptor to enable me to use the stereo. The stereo became faulty within the warranty period. It is not a high use item, so I was disappointed that it developed a fault. I contacted HiFi-Tower and they asked me to return it for repair. I did so. The stereo was returned to me supposedly having been repaired by their engineers. About a month later, it developed the same fault. I again contacted the company. They said they assumed I would want a refund. I requested a replacement as this was the only stereo I could find that fitted the space I had and that I could attach my existing speakers to via the ports on the top of the stereo. They refused. They said I had to choose a different one??? I then requested a refund. The paperwork they sent me for the return of this faulty stereo for a second time stated it was for a repair. I e-mailed the company several times to ensure I would actually receive a refund. They chose not to respond. I eventually phoned and got my assurance. I returned the stereo prior to Christmas 2018. It has taken to 30 January 2019, following many phone calls and e-mails, to receive a refund. However, I have not been refunded the full amount. Firstly, they said they had already refunded me £5 in 2017. I have explained to them several times that I had to buy an adaptor to enable me to use the stereo in the UK. An adaptor that they were supposed to have enclosed with the original order. I also advised them that the man I spoke to at HiFi-Tower in 2017 told me this was the easiest and quickest way - for them - to rectify the situation. I also advised them that I enclosed the UK plug when I returned the faulty stereo for the refund. This was because it had been bought with their money. They don't seem to understand that either they keep the £5 OR the plug but not both. To do so means that I have bought the plug with my own money and they are retaining something that, due to their actions, now belongs to me. Secondly, in addition to being £5 short, the refund was a further £2 short. This was because HiFi-tower did not refund me using the original payment method. They made an international bank transfer. The bank then charged me £2 to process my refund. They have yet to tell me why they refunded me in this manner or why they think I should cover the bank charges for their error. In total, my refund is £7 short. I know this is not a large sum but I had to put in a great deal of effort to get something I was due. I have spent quite a few hours e-mailing and phoning. The customer service is diabolical. They either do not, or do not wish to, understand my point about the UK plug. HiFi-Tower seem to think I should cover the costs of their errors i.e. £5 and £2. I may actually be lucky as I have only lost time and £7. I personally will avoid this company in future. Finally, I have kept a note of all phone calls i.e. date, time, names and conversations held. I have also retained all e-mail correspondence. The above is an accurate reflection of the experience I have had with HiFi-Tower and is not malicious. I am a very disappointed ex-customer.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I order my item 2 weeks prior to Christmas and was guaranteed my item would be deliver before Christmas. After no communication of shipping information, I got in touch. Then to be told my item will arrive before the 10th January. Today is the 9th January and still no shipping information, so, I emailed again. I got a response back stating my item had be returned to the warehouse and they would give me a refund. When I called customer services, the lady first offered a refund, which I refused, as I want the item. Then she offered the item but I would have to wait 10-13 days. I was not happy about this and asked to speak with a manager. At this point she informed me the refund is in process and the items no longer available. This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will never be using this company again and I highly recommend everyone to stay away. If you want piece of mind, call the customer service line and just see the type of service you receive.
