I appreciate it was Christmas and new…

I appreciate it was Christmas and new year but having ordered on the 20th of December to still not have the helmet by the 3rd of January is very poor. Appears it's still not been dispatched.

I bought a new Connondale Moterra Neo LT2 at a big discount. Excellent service from the start from Alex who emailed regularly and even telephoned with updates. Bike delivered promptly and in perfect condition, fully assembled which is great. the best bike shop experience I've had, highly recommend. Thanks!

Cheap Quoc Mono II cycling shoes

I bought a pair of Quoc Mono II cycling shoes which were the cheapest price on the internet. I have another pair of Quoc shoes so I was confident about the sizing. There was s slight issue with dispatch but Dano sorted this out promptly when I rang. The shoes arrived the next day by Fed Express and were well packaged. Thank you

Excellent service

Right from the beginning we enjoyed the helpful professionalism and friendly service when choosing our bicycles from the Colchester cycle Revolution store. After less than one week of purchasing the bicycle I had to go back due to an accident to get the bicycle derailleur fixed. We arrived quite late in the afternoon. The skill and dedication to get the bicycle working again was first class. John was assisted by his colleague Tom on this day. Parts needed to be replaced including cable and derailleur hanger. John continuously testing and tweaking to get the bicycle changing gears smoothly as possible. They could have sent us away as it was getting late but wanted to achieve the task so that we didn't need to come back at a later date. Excellent service. Thank you guys.

Lovely customer service

I recently placed a small order of stocking filler bits. I wanted to use a local company. I'm glad I did because they reached out when an item was out of stock with a variety of options. The communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. It definieitly pays to support local businesses. Thank you

Outstanding!

I recently purchased a Giant Revolt Advanced 3 and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Cycle Revolution. Initial dealings were with Justin, but the demo and sale was handled by Matt. Everything was outstanding and the bike was turned out in an exemplary fashion.

Awesome experience

Amazing deal on a new bike, still can’t believe I’ve got it at such a great price! Really helpful customer service too. Any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We had an issue with the shipping company but Cycle Revolution sorted it out same day and sent the bike to me off their own backs instead. Couldn’t recommend more! Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for the dream bike!
