Dealt with Matt at Ipswich and Danno at Colchester. Went to Colchester first didn't have want I wanted, after much good advice from Danno he found a bike in stock in Ipswich. Went there and had a great service. I normally buy my bikes online but the service I got from Matt will make me think twice. Excellent service great value (couldn't beat it online) couldn't be happier.

Fantastic Service

Found a scott contessa for my daughter on offer on the website. Went to buy online and it sold out. I managed to call and find out there was one left. Website updated to show the bike for sale and managed to buy. By the Monday, the bike was already dispatched. Received it on Wednesday. Daughter loves it and Im a happy daddy. Many thanks.

I collected my new Specialized e-bike…

I collected my new Specialized e-bike from the Norwich Specialized store. The cycle had not been checked properly prior to delivery with faulty gears and dropper post. This led to early failure of the rear cassette. Not what I had expected from a dedicated Specialized store.

Ordered a bike online ,process was…

Ordered a bike online ,process was straight forward there was a delay on delivery and some confusion as to the cause,but I was put through to Josh at Kinetic revolution who contacted manufacturer straight away and came back to me that day with an explanation and a date to expect bike...it then arrived well packaged and within 4 working days as did some compensatory accessories from the bike manufacturer. So thanks to Josh for that and I would use these guys again

CAAD 13

Bought my new Cannondale CAAD13 last week. PDI and delivery was swift and the bike arrived with zero damage and was packaged within an inch of its life. Transaction and dealing with them has been great, will buy again if im in the market for an upgrade or another bike for the collection. A++ for customer service

Just had my bike delivered. They set the bike up for me in their workshop, gave me great advice explaining the merits of each option, and kept me well informed of delivery progress. Great service. Would definitely use Cycle Revolution again.

As always, cannot fault any of the service I have encountered in either Kinetic and Cycle Revolution. Each and every member of staff give full and undivided attention. Fantastic experience

We just got a bike for our son. It was not a cheap option, but Matt was fantastic in guiding us and educating us with our purchase. I would go back any time and suggest my family go there too. The knowledge was vast and friendly, and all staff were approachable. We left with lots to think about, I loved the no pressure approach. When we were getting the bike, the service was brilliant. We bought there and then, and they fixed everything up for my son. It was like christmas day for him. Thank you to the team, and Matt!

*** A WARNING TO ALL BIKE COMMUTERS*** Do not buy any bike from this terrible retailer. I purchased a gravel bike from these despicable clowns and regretted it from the first few miles. I specifically stated that the bike was going to be used daily & ridden hard. Day 1, the cassette started rattling. I got it tightened. Day 2, same again I did get a refund as requested but with a rather grubby & cheeky cleaning charge deduction. The cheek. " it's been ridden ".... well of course it has you awful person! If you insist on a Specialized bike, buy direct online and not via these awful people. The terms and conditions are more favorable than a distributor apparently They even had the front to insist that the bike wasn't faulty when it had gone through their workshop to get it bike tight AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AVOID
