I was hesitant on buying from their website as I’ve never dealt with this company before. Although they have a clunky website as some have mentioned, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Excellent customer service from both Nick who I picked the bike up from and John who I bought the bike from. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable, neither were pushing to sell or up sell. A fantastic range of bikes and the ability to test ride bikes means I will defiantly use them for future purchases.

One phone call made to Anton in the Giant Store - Cambridge to source a component and in less than half an hour collected from Matt instore. Hard to beat that!

Experience of buying from website was easy. The staff at Specialized Concept store in Norwich were excellent. Wrong bike was sent by Specialized warehouse. They had correct one sent promptly. Big shout out to B there who was tireless in getting the Mission Control to work. A fault with the account set up. But it’s taken 48 hours and only B agreeing it wasn’t my phone! I’m very happy with my Vado SL 4. 😍

I deducted 2 stars initially, 1 because the website is pretty poor and clunky, and another because the courier let them down and was not able to deliver on the only day I was available to take delivery, so I had to resort to a 150 mile round trip to collect. However, I give 1 star back again for the warm reception from Martin, and the excellent handover from Sean. The Kinetic Revolution store itself is a wonderland, 100% dedicated to full suspension Emtb's with a great selection of bikes on display. Well worth a visit if you are in the market. I would use them for all my maintenance needs if they were more local to me.

Can’t fault this company had my new bike delivered within 2 days, it was very well packaged and took me 5 minutes to set up before I was out riding it! Was a bit hesitant spending a lot of money online before even seeing my new bike but I’m more than happy I choose this company. Would highly recommend them!

Delivery speed can be a little varied but never anything to complain about and really down to courier rather than Chain Reaction. Always have fantastic deals on site, will definitely order again.

Ordered Dynaplug racer pro, incorrect label on box meant I received a Dynaplug Pill, returned it to the Cambridge store and the correct item was sent by post. All staff communicated with each other and the Pro arrived today, thanks all!
