Used them twice now and the quality of their workmanship is very high. Faced with supply issues out of their control, one repair took longer than i would have liked but i was updated and the supplier was chased.. happy customer 👍

Visited Colchester to pick up a new Giant Fastroad online purchase., ready 5 days earlier than expected. Got all pdi documents and Staff member adjusted saddle and helmet to suit and away I went. Could not fault from start to finish. Thank-you.

Norwich Giant Store - totally underwhelming experience given I was buying a new bike. No enthusiasm showed to me by main man, to reflect what was a super exciting day - picking up a new bike! Although slightly better response from female colleague towards the end. No explanation about the bike, seemingly no real attempt to match my previous bike fit measurements even though this had been provided. Asked also that they fixed unidentified issue with current bike - went to collect some days later - said they had done a service (which I doubt) and were a complete blank when I asked if they had fixed the main problem. Thankfully not charged. As a customer you want to build relationship for future but I will not be returning. Very disappointing

From day one they could not be more helpful. They guided me through with my purchase from start to finish, kept in touch so I knew that everything was going smoothly. I spoke to their customer care person, Stuart, who was very informative and easy to talk to. One thing to be carful with though, and I'm sure can be sorted, the bike turned up unexpectedly and was left at the side of my property while I was at work.

As always, great friendly service. And if anyone is thinking of buying an e-bike, you must take a trip to their new dedicated e-bike shop and showroom just round the corner from the main Colchester stores in Stanway. No other e-bike shop comes even close for choice and all budgets

Colchester rude and unhelpful on the phone, referred to Cambridge who were helpful. It's 9 days since I ordered my seat which was listed as 3-5 days delivery, maybe it'll come sometime soon, who knows??? This is because it was listed online as 'in stock', despite not being so, deliberately it would seem. I won't use them again. (edit:now 10 days, not arrived yet)

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two Specialized bikes from John in Colchester store, and I must say it has been a remarkable experience. From the moment we walked into the store, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who were genuinely passionate about cycling. John himself was a wealth of information and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. He patiently answered all our questions and provided valuable insights that helped us make an informed decision. His expertise and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

I've been going here for a few years to get bike parts and they have always given great advice with none of the usual pressure to buy! Great customer service, friendly staff and exeptional knowledge of bikes! This morning I checked my bike over before a Clying holiday to Austria which I leave for tonight. I found my cranks had seized and I needed a new BB. After going down there John quickly got me booked in and had my bike fixed within an hour! Big thank you to John and Chris who have sorted my bike ready for Saalbach! I'm sure i'll be back in next week after i've broken it again! 🤟

I had my Specialized Roubaix in for maintenance at Chelmsford Concept Store. Ended up having every bearing replaced and what a fantastic job they did. My bike is my pride and joy so was apprehensive about taking it in as there isn’t a mark on the bike as was imagining it getting scratched but i needn’t have worried as it came through unscathed 😀 and it now runs like a dream. They did a fantastic job.
