I have been reading the comments and I have been very surprised because my experience has been very positive, from the purchase experience, the package is very discreet and most importantly the quality of the device and the application. I recommend it for several reasons, but the most important is for the therapy and exercises of the app that with videos and interesting content guides you throughout the process. Honestly I have learned a lot about my body and have recognized my process. I am in the second week, when I finish the program, I will come back to write a comment.

I decided to try it out of curiosity, and I can only say that it truly works. You learn to know yourself better and to control your reactions. Having also tried the MyHixel I, the app has improved a lot and now includes valuable information about nutrition and physical activity, so the methodology is very comprehensive. The delivery took a little while, yes, but within the normal range for a crowdfunding campaign; and the box included accessories like a cleaner, lubricant, oil and intimate cream, all of them good quality and very practical. I definitely recommend to try it and to follow all the content they make available on their website.

Ordered in December, said start delivering in February. Then, April….then, June. It’s August and still haven’t received and haven’t even gotten responses from any of my inquiries. In response to Myhixel, I really wish you’d respond to my emails as fast as you respond to public reviews showing you don’t answer your emails. Kinda hollow. Still waiting for your reply to the last two emails i sent over a month ago.

please avoid this company. this company is trying to make money with a widespread problem among men. they have only delivered the product several months late. unfortunately, the app is very poorly programmed, the translation is atrocious. the app crashes very often, almost every time you click on a button. in the app, it is roughly noticeable that it always talks about a MYHIXEL I device, although it is the MYHIXEL II device. Also, the use is very unhygienic because difficult to clean.

They have a huge delay without updated timeline. Even it has been delayed 6 months, I still have no information about when I can expect to receive my stuff. The update is apology without makeup solution, and it is absolutely useless.

Hace tiempo que tenía ganas de probarlo y hace poco me animé. La verdad que me ha encantado la sensación realista del producto y en cuanto a la App, estoy empezando a trastear con ella pero por ahora el contenido me ha parecido interesante. Ya veremos si me aporta algo más.

Hoy he querido escribir mi experiencia, ya que poco hablamos las esposas de los pacientes. Mi esposo ha estado tratándose con la terapia MYHIXEL y durante estas semanas hemos notado los dos una mejoría en nuestra relación. El dispositivo es discreto, carga fácil y me gusta que los ejercicios de la app vienen muy bien explicados y con videos. Esperamos llegar hasta el final.

Great product, a bit tricky to use the first times. But after a while you get the hang of it, definitely recomend it to everyone to relief a bit of stress
