I’ve been waiting for months and this company is not Responsive to my request to send receive the merchandise I paid for. They Followed up with me immediately after this post

Flat out stole my money. Literally stole my money from kickstarter. Never sent a product, have stopped responding to email. Thieves. Avoid. Edit: If you have a product that has 38%, and counting, 1 star reviews and some of the 4 & 5 star reviews are clearly shams (for example there is one from a person who didnt recieve it, he is just excited to get it.) something has gone very very wrong with your business model. Where there is smoke there is fire. Avoid this company at all costs. PS: They are at 38% now. If you view the kickstarter comment thread you will see it is a dumpster fire (TrustPilot will not let me post the link but you can find it quite easily by googling kickstarter MYHIXEL) and then once on the campaign clicking comments I launched a campaign of my own..... responding to all negative comments and posting this review link. I expect that they will be well over 50% 1 star reviews shortly.

The device is sleek and cool looking. The instruction manual needs to be rewritten to include more information. I am still fumbling about sometimes getting the heating system to work. But, overall, it's awesome. It's better looking and has the heating option that the Fleshlight lacks. The icing on the cake is the app, which is extremely helpful. The app needs to be made more user-friendly for non-tech people like me, and I spent a lot of time struggling to figure out how to find what I was looking for, but once I figured it out, it was awesome. The app content is the best I've used today. So, despite the issues with the instruction manual and figuring out how to make the app work, I am extremely happy with the product and highly recommend it. It's excellent for treating PE but equally excellent if you don't have that problem but simply want an awesome toy.

Still waiting, postage to backers was supposed to end in February, 6 coming on 7 months ago however they breached Kickstarter and Indigogo’s rules and sold everything on their main website first and then are just giving us the items in increments. The management of this company is so far has been pathetic. They need to be finned and permanently removed from Kickstarter.

Pointless, expensive, bad material and didn't help or improved my condition whatsoever, despite following their "master plan". Had really high hopes on this product, no I have a couple of hundred pounds less in my pocket...

Lo compre por curiosidad y me ha sorprendido completamente toda la experiencia, desde que lo recibí en casa, el empaque, la calidad que se siente dentro y fuera. La app explica todo muy dinámico, lo que lo hace un producto único. Como hombre, hay muchas cosas que se hacen por inercia, pero me ha gustado los videos y el contenido, honestamente muy interesante. La única pega podría decir es en referencia al precio, pero vale la pena completamente la inversión.

My bf was looking for a solution and it seems that I found it. Couldn't be happier. Of course, one also has to put some effort and dedication to achieve the goals, but totally worth it. I highly recommend it!

I only read negative comments about shipping....I bought the device in November through Kickstarter and I am anxious to receive it, I do not understand why people complain through different webs, when they have been updating the information and the last days they have published a video and explain the situation. We know that there is a delay. But that is the risk of participating in that type of campaigns. We have to be patience. From my side I really want to try it as soon as possible! hope to received soon.

I am pleased to update my review after finally receiving the MYHIXEL product. Upon unboxing, I was genuinely impressed with the attention to detail and the premium feel of the packaging — it reminded me of the satisfaction of opening an Apple product. The product itself looks and feels of high quality, and I am eager to try it out. However, I must stress the importance of effective and transparent customer support. While I understand that startups can face challenges, the communication aspect left much to be desired during my wait. To the MYHIXEL team: I truly believe that with a more proactive and transparent approach to customer support, you can provide an overall experience that matches the evident quality of your product. Esta es la reseña: 4 Semana de uso. Estoy en mi cuarta semana de uso y solo puedo decir que voy viento en popa y me siento mucho más seguro, lo recomiendo. Voy mejorando con los ejercicios y ahora voy a comprar con antelación el manos libres para que me llegue a tiempo. Calificando el empaque, la calidad de los materiales y el servicio es un 10. Calificando la app es interactiva y con cada actualización veo más contenido.
