It arrived quickly, well packed, and still cold with ice packs (even though it was 30 degrees outside). The reminder notice to put it in the fridge right away was helpful.

Had an issue with one of the products shipped, but Finlandia reached out and credited me the balance to make it right. Very fair and reasonable treatment of a customer, that's the mark of a good company.
