The site is clumsy, the search function is terrible, inventory is not live and after I managed to order two items, I received an email the next day telling me that my items were not available and would be ready in an estimated 2 weeks. I found one of the items in-store.

These guys went above and beyond
These guys went above and beyond. I ordered two things and one was out of stock. I needed the other one right away and they separated the order so they could send the urgent item first and then the other item when it came in. They are so so nice!
