Ich kann nur sagen Vorsicht !!! Wir haben hier unseren Hausstand eingelagert und einen Trümmerhaufen zurück bekommen. Wir haben mehr als 400 € Schaden und Boxi will nicht zahlen man spielt die Vogel Strauß Politik so nach dem Motto sitzen wir es aus. Also Vorsicht !!!!

missing an entire pallet on delivery - but seems to be moving company at fault

i stored my entire apartment with Boxie24 for about 9 months. I had my items delivered finally with an external company, and found a whole pallet is missing. My moving company picked up the pallets, placed them in a sealed container, and then only opened it again on arrival. Therefore I firmly believe boxie simply did not dispense the full number of pallets. So far their customer service is being very sluggish in getting this resolved. As in, I've emailed twice within 7 days and haven't yet had an answer on this stressful topic. On the pallet were some very expensive items and large items - frankly unmissable stuff, since they're all quite large an obvious things. I have no idea how they've managed this, but i find the missing tools quite suspicious to be honest. we'll see if this gets resolved, but since the move was between Germany and another country altogether, I have no idea how they plan to resolve this. EDIT: long story short, evidence is now coming out that it was our moving company that is at fault. Boxie are trying to help us out as best they can.

Helpful service and easy booking

The booking process was very easy & the gentleman who explained everything and organised the pickup was extremely helpful. It was even possible to do next-day collection, which was great. The pickup itself was very quick, I also received a message to let me know when they were on their way.

Friendly and effective team staff

Very efficient arrangement of pick up and rescheduling. Both call center and pick-up staff members are friendly to help out. My first booking underestimated the number of boxes I would prepare. Just a call and the team efficiently arranged a second pick-up in two days. That's very helpful with my plans towards vacating the apartment.

A good storage unit

Had to get a storage unit as my lease had ended and I wasn't able to find an apartment yet. Got a call from Boxie24 within 5 mins if putting a quote request and I was able to book a unit. And the two people who came to pick up my items were also very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend

VORSICHT!

VORSICHT! DAS ALLERLETZTE! UNMÖGLICH! Nur Ärger, Aufregung und versteckte hohe Zusatzkosten! Geschäftsführer ist nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht zuständig? Einer schiebt es auf den anderen? Unglaublich!
