Achtung Betrüger!!!
Ich hatte, bis auf einen Stuhl, dieselbe Menge ein paar Monate zuvor eingelagert. Es hatte alles auf einer Palette platz. Also 1m²,das stand auch auf der Rechnung. Beim zweiten Mal haben sie die Palette gar nicht mehr ganz angefüllt und machten 2 Paletten draus. Dann wurden mir plötzlich 3m² statt 2m² verrechnet. Auf meine zahlreichen E-Mails bekam ich keine Antwort. Ich habe rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet. Ich würde keinen Stern vergeben wenn ich könnte. Extrem mieses Unternehmen!

The pickup went great
The pickup went great, we had enough time to bring all our stuff to the ground floor and the pickup guys were very polite and efficient. The fact that they offer not only storage but also pickup is definitely a plus that raises their value considerably. I would totally recommend them to other people!

Terrible Customer Service
During both of my interactions with the company, the handling of my items' return was nothing short of a logistical nightmare. It seems beyond company's team's capacity to schedule a simple delivery without causing inconvenience. And let me be clear, the customer service is a total disaster. When I explained my inability to wait at home all day due to my job, Boxie24's representative's response was both arrogant and absurd, effectively telling me, "If you wait for Bol.com deliveries, you can wait for us." This is an outrageous comparison and a slap in the face to any paying customer. The delivery team might have been polite, but what good is that when the customer service team is utterly clueless and disrespectful? I've managed over 40 products in my career, and I can categorically say that dealing with Boxie24 has been the most horrendous customer service experience I've ever endured. The company's blatant indifference to customer satisfaction is not only shocking but also deeply concerning. Looking at the growing pile of negative reviews online, it's clear I'm not the only one feeling this way. Boxie24 is on a fast track to losing customers if this is how they treat them. Frankly, I am appalled and regret ever doing business with Boxie24.
