Quick response on emails. The collection guys seemed professional. I regret though that 3 boxes have to be turned on its side to fit the pallet. Found out only after my stuff are collected that I can't access them. And hence cannot rectify the 3 boxes to its upright position! Didn't occur to me to ask since it was stated on their website that you could access so long advance appointment is made. There's also now no way to confirm what the website claimed about temperature controlled storage environment. I can now only hope my things will be returned in same condition at the end of storage term! It appears a lot of reviews online are made at initial storage stage. Do note!

Late pickup, bad communication, they charge you EUR15 just if you want to go there to access your own goods. And you can only access by giving them notice and its only on weekdays between 9-15h. The warehouse is 1.5hrs outside of Munich.

Boxie24 Storage is a great moving service especially for students who need a quick and efficient form of storage for their luggage. The procedure is very simple and takes a few minutes to setup. The staff were very friendly and overall I had a good expierence with them. However, their responses were slow and sometimes they took a while getting back to me. Otherwise, I would highly recommend and would definately use them going in the future too.
