VORSICHT!!!! Über 13 Monate hinweg wurden die Lagerungskosten mehrfach angehoben ohne, dass dies kommuniziert wurde. Auch die Rücklieferungskosten sollten 150 EUR über den initial vereinbarten liegen. Auf Nachfrage wurden die zuviel eingezogenen Beträge erstattet. Die Rücklieferung war unvollständig. Ca 1/3 fehlte. Es wurde kein ordnungsgemäßes Protokoll von Boxie24 geführt. Nach über 20 E-Mails und unzähligen Telefonaten weigert sich Boxie24, Schadensersatz für den Verlust zu zahlen. Wird wohl vor Gericht enden...

Excellent and fast service, but we woke up at 9am and waited until 7pm. It is understandable since there were difficulties with another pickup, but a specific pickup time instead of a window from 9am to 6pm would be more practical for the customer.

Boxie24 is een groot deel van onze spullen kwijtgeraakt. Onze spullen hebben meer dan 1 jaar bij hen in de opslag gestaan en toen ze het terug kwamen brengen ontbrak een deel van de spullen. Nu willen ze er bijna niets voor compenseren, terwijl wij dit allemaal opnieuw moeten kopen. Ik zou boxie24 niet aanbevelen.
