They sent the package to my former address when they had already sent me packages to my new address. When I informed them by email with screenshots of the former tracking and the new tracking showing the different addresses they claimed that they had sent them both to the same address. When I showed them that it was untrue, they then said it must have been my paypal address. I have never authorized any seller to use my paypal address which in this case also had the correct address.

Cutting corners on product quality?
Edit: Jessica, kindly read the read the below review again. I was a customer of yours, I am not anymore after seeing other recent reviews on Amazon UK about the quality of the Quercetin product being drastically lowered. Read below again, as your reply shows you didn't read what I typed. I had been buying Quercetin from Double Wood Supplements Amazon UK store. It was initially very good quality, and more than double the strength of their competitors. Although the price was double too, I thought that due to being double the strength, and the product being good quality when it arived, I would keep buying it. I've just been on Amazon, and checked the most recent reviews, I can see that more than one customer is complaining about the quality of the product having deteriorated. The bottle is smaller, the print on the bottle is weaker, the capsules are smaller, the powder in the capsules are no longer the vivid green they were on the old product, it's now a lot more pale, and there's less powder too. One reviewer put an image on their review comparing the old product to the new (since they had some of the old product left) and the image tells a thousand words. There's no denying it. The reviewer even said they had tasted the old product and the new product, the old product tastes as it should, the new product tastes like flour. They concluded the product is bad quality, and no longer worth the premium price. The image clearly shows this without even taking the taste the reviewer said into consideration. Double Wood Supplements, have lost my repeat business, they have lost any potential extra business I'd have probably given them, as I'm the type of customer to buy lots of different supplements. I have a cupboard with over 20 different products in it. Cutting corners on a premium priced product is a very silly move. When paying more money than average, more attention to detail is paid, as inevitably the customer has to justify to themselves, on why they spent the extra money.
Quality Control Issues???? or Tampering???
I have ordered this company's Collagen Peptide Powder through their Amazon store for several years now. I received my order a week ago for this product, but BOTH the OUTSIDE CLEAR strip was broken, PLUS the INSIDE COVER was MISSING!! This inside cover is supposed to be a light beige colored, heavy-duty seal over the entire jar that has to be peeled off before accessing the powder. So....I threw it away and ordered another container. It came yesterday (8/18/23). The clear, outside strip was intact, but AGAIN, THERE WAS NO INSIDE COVER under the lid!! It's not a returnable item, but I called Amazon anyway to request they have someone contact Double Wood about what is going on. The Amazon rep was kind enough to refund me for my second purchase. I called Double Wood yesterday but had to leave a voice mail. I will also email them. Unless I hear from them, I will NOT be buying from them anymore. What is going on here???!!! Response to Jessica at Double Wood: I have just emailed you about your offer below. I cannot totally put the blame on Amazon for all this, since my SECOND container came with a SEALED OUTER WRAP, but the INNER WRAP WAS MISSING!! How could THAT occur?? Also, this is considered a food item by Amazon and as such, is not returnable by anyone else before they shipped out to me. So, I am still concerned about this, but will take you up on your offer, and we'll see how this all works out. Thank you

Where is the GMP seal?
Normally I like to verify the results before I give a company a bad grade. I'll start by saying the prices are better than most and delivery was fast enough to make me happy. The biggest issue I had with my purchase is Double Wood has the GMP seal on the product page for everything. I purchased over $300 in Fisetin, Quercetin, Spermidine, Apigenin, DIM, and Acetyl L-Carnitine. none of my bottles had the GMP or Good Manufacturing Practice seal on them. Some had the Made in America seal, the non GMO seal, and the Gluten Free seal, but none of those guaranty the quality of the product like the GMP seal. If it's something they actually attained, why isn't it on the physical product? Making matters worse I have left reviews on the website and had my reviews verified through judge.me.com. I see my review get the verified stamp, but then a few hours later my review is deleted from the site. On the Fisetin page it gets deleted much quicker. Don't believe them when they have nothing but 3 star and above reviews on their site, because they're deleting perfectly honest reviews by verified customers. They have deleted my Fisetin review at least 4 times now. If they have an issue with me questioning the lack of the GMP seal, why don't they just respond to it on the site to give future customers some understanding? From now on if I can't see the seal on the bottle, I'm not buying it because the way Double Wood has deleted my reviews makes me feel like I just spent over $300 on snake oil. 7-19-23 update...I have been in touch with Jessica from Double Woods supplements. She supplied me with 3rd party test results and clarified some things on the 3rd party label so I am raising my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Once I have a few months taking these supplements I will come back and update this review.

I ordered my supplements back on June 15th. It’s now July 5th and not a single update on what is going on with it. I’ve reached out several times and had no response. As someone who was recommend to this brand/site I’m very disappointed with the customer service and poor information on where my package should be.
