In 2019, I was diagnosed with post-traumatic osteoarthritis in the right knee, the result of being struck by a SUV while riding my bicycle. For three years I tried drugs to treat the sharp pain but to no avail. Eventually I tried Arnica Montana 30c which immediately eradicated the sharp pain. The knee would become stiff during cold temperatures, which wasn't a problem because I reside in hot Mississippi. Therefore, wearing a knee brace on cold days protected it from cold temperatures. In Mary 2023, the sudden onset of stiffness occurred; only constant stretching provided temporary relief. The stiffness felt like a lock on my knee. A retired physician told me about Boswellia Extract, which she uses successfully. I read incredibly positive reviews and ordered it the first week of June 2023. I began taking it the supplements in the second week of June. On Friday 6/23/23, I noticed that the stiffness had decline significantly and within 48 hour it was totally gone. I haven't experienced stiffness since 6/22/23. I have spent considerable money on supplements, most of which were not beneficial, however, I must state that I am blown away by this product's efficacy.

When I first ordered, my supplements, I received an mail stating that I would receive them June 16, 2023…. because I had also requested my shipment be made through FedEx so that I can receive them quicker. I then received an email stating that my shipment was delayed, and I would not receive it until June 19, 2023. At that time I called to request my FedEx delivery payment refunded I was told I would be receiving it; I have not received the refund as of today, June 19, 2023. Now it “seems” that I may not receive my supplements again today. If I do not receive my supplements by the end of today, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card, and I will be turning your company into the BBB website. As a first time buyer to your organization, I will not be back. The fact that you don’t even know your shipping standards, your customer base, or who you were actually dealing with you’re rolling the dice of losing quite a bit of business. My daughter is an attorney that works in corporate fraud, and you seem to be dangling on that line. I strongly suggest you do some re-organization within your corporate management because you’re getting really close to getting your books combed through.

Well, I bought these once and loved them, but figured, hey, astaxanthin is astaxanthin, right? So, I bought another brand. Well, apparently not all that glitters is gold. Those were AWFUL. Doublewood is the best brand that I have found so far!
