HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

They sent me 4 emails saying an order was not going through as the card was no longer valid. AT NO POINT DID THEY RECEIVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER. They then push through the transaction with Visa. I indicate to my credit card it was not authorized and the company sent FOUR emails stating the transaction would not go through. Now they're saying I have to pay shipping back on items I was told were not coming. They have the absolute worst customer service and poor business practices.

Mix-up in my auto shipment…

There was a major mix-up in my auto shipment resulting in a duplicate which I could not afford. Once I brought this to their attention, they promptly took care of the issue in a most generous way. I am very grateful.

Problem solving

I ordered magnesium supplements that got lost in shipment. I followed their progress to Portland Oregon where they sat for over a week. After contacting Double Wood it was determined the shipment was lost in transit. Double Wood then sent out a second shipment that arrived quickly. Thank you. After almost a month the first shipment then showed up in my mail box. I contacted Double Wood to determine what to do with this late arriving shipment. They told me to keep it as good will for my troubles. Again Thank You, Double Wood. All the while Double Wood was kind and sincerely trying to resole the problem.

terrile shipping and service and ads…

I ordered off the website as that was the only place I coould find to get magnesium taurate. It is taking a very long time to get it. It is now a week, and no sign of it. I have decided to never order again because they have no phone number for customer service. Also now I am get constant popup ads following me allover google Chrome. It is horrible. bottles that jump from the page.
