Had positive interaction with Courtney however loan did no go through as it was surveyed at NIL Valuations. Used alternative lender who done there survey and it was valued more than I paid at auction. And property was completed just in time. Not happy with the valuation company selected by lendinvest. That also made me assume maybe my previous experience with lendinvest hasn't been great from the companys point of view as I paid a loan late but Courtney assured me that is not the case. I was refunded the servey fees back. Two previous experience with lendinvest has been great for me. And they were also prompt in refunding me. I have definitely learned from this experience will certainly consider them again but I recommend people buying from auction to be prepared for a lot of things to go wrong and have organized extra funds even beyond what you think it's needed in order to give yourself better chance as it could be very risky otherwise.

Quick Bridging Completion
As a broker for a multi awarding winning Mortgage and Bridging firm I have used Lendinvest extensively over the past several years. LendInvest - A broker review
As a broker I have nothing but great things to say about LendInvest. From their communication to their speed, to their products! One of the few lenders that will try and chase you up to make sure a case is processed in time, as opposed to me having to chase the lender for updates. They are always very quick to answer queries, and from the Business development Manager (Tatyana) to the various underwriters, I really enjoy submitting and doing business with LendInvest, and I will continue to do so in the future.

I have recently submitted a case with these guys and i could honestly say i couldn't find anything to fault them on no matter how hard i looked. Daryl has been very helpful as always and the process has been seamless. From submitting the case we had a provisional offer the same day and just 4 working days from submitting the application we have now had the physical valuation take place. Cant praise these guys enough thanks guys!
A very bad experience with LendInvest's legal partner
I had a very bad experience with LendInvest when trying to organise bridging finance for an auction purchase. My transaction got caught up in a legal three-way between the vendor, my legals and LendInvest's legal representatives. Their legal partner was lethargic, intransigent and simply horrendous to work with. Apparently, there was something in the special conditions of my transaction that constituted a problem and I only finally got know that LendInvest would not be proceeding just 1 week to the completion date that had already been put back. Within that timeframe, I had to find a new bridging lender to rescue the transaction or lose my deposit (c.£60K). In the end, I did find an alternative lender and actually secured better bridging terms but I wouldn't want to go through that level stress and heartache again. Given that the alternative bridging company (a very large one) accepted the transaction, I am left wondering what all the fuss was actually about....
