Aggressive customer service akin to loan sharks

Aggressive and uncooperative customer service. Following rate changes, my interest rate is 10.29% on two products. Customer services (Bejon)have been unhelpful and increasingly aggressive despite being aware of my being a vulnerable customer and attempting to reach a resolution has been difficult as a result of bullying tactics and not sticking to their word on which I relied. Would not recommend as they do not comply to government recommendations during Covid or even now during the cost of living crisis and prefer to threaten customers with LPAs (even when customers are making payments) rather then reach a resolution.
