Nice flowers and delivered on time as always

Had flowers delivered were dumped as when I checked on them for a friend they where on side with water flooding out! Issue on system as even though my name and address on system they refer to me under another name, it appears instead of using my details, system defaults to name / address of person I had flowers delivered to in 2017 , and can only change if I make a credit card payment. Was told that I must have asked for that person to be invoice address ? Because yes that’s obviously what you would do!!
