I leave in Bexhill,I called for HGv classes ,I paid in full £1800 ,that was in 2020 . Because the pandemic problems with the courses on and off ,after about 2 months I decid to give up and try to get my money back from them . Honestly,I was aspecting to get most off it back from 1800 but the didn’t give me any Lanny back . Shame on this company taking £1800 from people just like that ,specially when we all had very hard times during that period of time with the Corona virus. But I will not let them like that and I’m still searching to find a way to get a fare refund from this company.zero stars from me 👎. No one contact me for a refund at all !!!!!!

For someone coming into the industry as a complete newbie, having the guidance of people who know what you need to do and what order to do them in was essential to me - really pleased with the service I got from Easy As HGV from start to finish

My story is long. But I will try to be as simple as possible. If you can try to avoid companies like this. If you want to get a driving licence go directly to a driving school. There you will get all hours of training you need. With this company I paid thousands and got only 3 hours of practical driving CE cattegory when I was promised I will drive 8 days 4 hours each day. Because if you go through this company you will pay a lot extra for admin job. And you will have to get it done within one year. Otherwise you will lose all your money. It sounds like a lot of time, but trust me there are circumstances when you need more time. All I am going to get now is worthless apology from a customer service. But they don't care.
