Hi, What I believed happened was I spoke to a man called Eric asking for information on the hgv training. I told him I had a disability and was worried about spending so much money because I might not pass the theory. He said it's easy, Romanians and Poles pass it, that is derogratory and I'd like that raised to a supervisor level. He talked to me for hours about cars, my dreams, getting on the road, everything but the advice I actually needed. I would like to cancel my ties with you but only if you give me my money back. If this isn't ok I want this complaint looked at not tucked away. You are doing me and disabled people a massive disservice. All chatty and friendly, then Eric asks me for something and something and something else and ooh you'll need this, oohh you'll need that. If you don't like my attitude then speak to the financial ombudsman about it, I'm sure he'd love to see that a disabled man got money off his dead grandma to do a course and money out of his own life savings all with the premise that I'll get the best training support in the UK. I would like to recieve an apology and a refund of the majority of my lessons which I haven't had any, because Eric told me not to pay in parts. I would like to get my money back, I'm sure you can afford to do that. I will be telling trading standards aswell and give them a detailed idea of what was said.

Very friendly staff and easy to talk to. Nothing was to much trouble.

From start to finish I was made to feel as if I had someone beside me the whole time. From the time I signed up to the last day everyone I spoke to was so so helpful. Thank you all for helping me and putting my mind to rest with all my questions.

Used easy as hgv for my class 1 had all my dealings with max who was brilliant extremely helpful and clued up with all the answers to questions I had started with them about 3 weeks ago and have now passed nice and quick and simple to deal with couldn’t of asked for better thank you again max

This company has had my back covered for everything, from day one of picking up my phone to book my HGV driving Course. They have taken away any issues or stress by keeping ahead of the game for me. Excellent customer service

I've had a great experience with Easy As HGV so far they have helped me with any questions I have had and have been great for booking everything for me, I'd recommend Easy As HGV to anyone who is looking to get into it but doesn't know how.
