Having a nightmare with Park Street Bathrooms. Ordered over £1500 worth of radiators in July, which they took immediate payment for, and was told to expect delivery on 6th August. That came and went but I heard nothing from them. I tried to contact them for an update, but their phone lines are disconnected, live chat is disconnected and it took 4 days to get a reply to email/support ticket. The response I eventually got now puts delivery back to early September, 4 weeks past the original estimate which the builder now has to work around. I understand Covid-19 has changed the landscape, for both the producers delaying output and for suppliers getting the stuff out there, but being left in the dark for a week after expected delivery in a communication black hole falls way below the expected standard.

The item was ordered and delivered as promised. The item was well packaged and there were no damages. I am now waiting for the electrician to connect it.

Overall good service. Slight issue with incorrect delivery cost when trying to order online, but soon resolved via email.
