Absolutely shocking awful company

Absolutely shocking, awful company with awful customer service!! Will never use again. Ordered a toilet and basin however due to the website not being user friendly the toilet arrive with no cistern! Due to covid building sites were closed so there was a delay in opening the products. We emailed on the 30th day to request a return and a refund, having chased this everyday since they have finally replied to say our refund is rejected due to it being 30 days + 1!!! I have checked the dates and it is actually 30 days exactly but yet refusing to budge! We bought a replacement toilet from else where with much less hassle and much cheaper! Customer service is terrible DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Appalling Customer Service

Bought a wall hung toilet brush back on 17th April. Was faulty, no way of fitting it to the wall and toilet brush would not fit to handle (cost £71). Spoke to Customer Service, seemed to be professional and sent photographs, they said they would follow it up with Crosswater. 2 weeks later nothing from them, had to contact Crosswater myself, then the Covid 19 meant everyone was working from home. Returned the faulty item to Park Street Bathrooms. Was received by them on 1st June. No sign of refund coming despite emailing and emailing. Finally received a message on 1st July to say that they would have to obtain permission from Crosswater to return the item before they could refund. Today is 9th July and still nothing even though legally they have to refund if an item is not fit for purpose or faulty! An absolute disgrace in Customer Service - you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Poor experience

There are many good reviews about this company on their website and we have no reason to doubt their authenticity. However, our experience has been (still is) very poor and we are writing this review to ensure other potential customers have a balanced view. We ordered a matching vanity unit and basin. They were delivered on time. We asked the driver to please take the pallet away as our recycling centre is still not allowing wood. He refused. I called the delivery company and made the same request, but the response was even more blunt. In fact I was told that all recycling centres were now operating normally. I knew this was not the case, but there was no point in arguing. We checked the labels on the products before taking them in and they were correct. However, when we looked at the boxes closely, the one with the basin had another label on the other side of the box with a different product’s details. When we opened the box it was not the product we ordered. We the spent the next hour trying to contact Park Street Bathrooms. No one is answering their phones because of Covid, but no one is answering their ‘life chat’ either and it took several emails before we received a reply informing us that they have now contacted Crosswater to let them know. But we did not buy the products from Crosswater etc. So now we have a pallet we can’t get rid of, a wrong basin and no idea when or how this company will resolve the problem.

Damaged long necked taps, slow to replace.

I ordered a pair of long necked taps. They arrived in a box far too large for the two individual boxes supplied by the manufacturer. No additional packaging was added. Resulting in one of the ceramic taps getting smashed. I am still waiting 2 weeks for a replacement and they are now telling me that it will be a further 4-6 weeks!! Not impressed. Their telephones are not currently working, just e-mail. I have needed to chase to get response. Hopefully I will get the correct quality product soon?

Shower tray at good price but let down by delivery company.

Promised delivery of five days hence did not happen, without any explanation. A £36 fee was charged for that. When goods did arrive two days later the pallet of my item was left on the street. This should have been delivered onto my property. The driver wanted me to touch his Iphone (C19 concerns) in order to sign for it. The following day the same company asked me to accept dely of a shower screen that I had not ordered. In reporting this to Park Street I did not receive a response.
