Yet again excellent , no problems, reliable service , even in these testing times

Great range, price and service

I ordered a radiator and bathroom taps from Park Street Bathrooms online. I waited for many weeks to recieve the order but it never arrived. Trying to get in contact with this company is a complete nightmare. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody replies to emails. I eventually resorted to the live chat on the website where I was assured a refund would be issued. 17 days later and suprise suprise-no refund. I understand it is a difficult time for many companies however most are still able to answer the telephone or at least provide a recorded message stating how you might get in contact with them!

Have waited the 5 days. Product didn't turn up on the estimated delivery date. Telephone constantly engaged and freephone number not working. Update: Might have had to wait for 2 weeks, but my vanity unit did arrive. Nice quality vanity unit and friendly delivery guy. Have now ordered taps as well.

I always call or email Park Street before placing an order so as as to manage expectations, especially when working with clients - granted, the next day service was not available due to Covid19, and and 5 days turnaround would be expected - and that is fine and expected. But 6 weeks has now passed and no delivery, numerous emails sent and only one response email - and that was to provide a random delivery data (that too, came and went) - you need to ask yourself, is saving a few pounds/euros is worth it? in hindsight, no. I would no longer be using Park Street or recommend to my clients.
