Fantastic service, quick delivery, I bought an updated colour seat, carrycot, apron and hood and they have made my pram look brand new again. Beautiful quality and fantastic customer service.

Faulty base after only 6 months usage but the only solution is to send away my pram for min 5-7 days repair with no loan or replacement leaving me without anyway of getting a 6 month old around. For a pram company you would think they would have a better solution for customers reporting issues with their product. Really poor

Really poor customer service. Had to send my pram back yet again for repairs, the second time in just 2 months! Really disappointing :(

Tan at iCandy was really helpful when I ordered the wrong travel system initially. She was able to sort a refund on the same day and everything was delivered at the same time

In a nutshell, useless. Like most people who are spending a fortune with iCandy its because this is the pram you always wanted and they are leaders in design. I pre-ordered a twin pram in January knowing from their helpful website that it would be here mid-Feb, it says on their website that they may experience delays so I waited until beginning of March to chase. When I phoned to chase I got "Oh yes we have all of the parts do you want me to dispatch it?" this is irritating but I was just excited it would finally be here. I arrange a delivery date because its an all day delivery slot and even updated my delivery address to accommodate this slot. The morning its due to be delivered I check to see if there is a tracking number, no dispatch email or tracking. I call at 9am to be told it wasn't dispatched.... and now I have to wait over the weekend for a Monday delivery. Where I have to make arrangements again to be here and lets pray it goes to the right address! Only to have the same person who was dealing with originally to reassure me it will be here on Monday. I get that these things happen but without me phoning, this order would not be progressing in any way shape or form. Your company gets enough money to be more efficient than this, and they can't be spending it on huge support costs if every time I phone I speak to the same person! I never leave a TrustPilot, so proud to be purchasing from a British company. Who knows if I will even be able to confirm the money was worth it, when and if it finally arrives.
