I needed part of my pram replacing and the service was outstanding. The lady I spoke to was very reassuring and my request was dealt with promptly with no delay. The lady showed understanding and empathy, and made me feel a lot better about the situation!

I spoke to someone for my Daughter, the person (sorry didn’t get their name) was so lovely and patient with me, it’s just nice to be listened to and treated with kindness.

Delivery time was all good, only thing is the item I could have got this off ebay/amazon for fraction of the price there's no icandly label or logo on the product its just standard padding no thrills *I have the peach designer collection cerium and I couldn't find padding for this range and went with the only options available so fabric match isn't going to be 100%

We are extremely disappointed in our iCandy pram. The wheels aren’t working and we are now at a point where we can’t use the pram at all - attaching photos of the issue we’re having every 10 seconds while walking. This is while walking straight on the street, the wheels are constantly shaking and are getting stuck. We are not getting a refund, and one of the reasons is because it’s over 6 months old (it is now February 2024 so we’ve been emailing around 40 times back and forth since September and the pram was then 5 months old which I told kiddies kingdom) ICandy have offered to swop the whole frame for us but as we don’t live in the UK anymore it’s not an option for us. The product isn’t working and kiddies kingdom nor iCandy is being flexible at all. ICandy sent us wheels but not the unit that they came with when we got the pram in the first place and are now blaming me for wording it wrong. Both ICandy and Kiddies kingdom have seen 2 videos of the issue and they should have understood what I needed. So very, very disappointed in this product and the none flexibly in helping us. Our daughter isn’t even 1 years old yet and we now have to spend another 1.000£ on a new pram from a different brand, and we intended to use this for years.

Donna in the customer service department was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally told her everything and how we got the iCandy etc.. I told her everything I had in terms of adapters and the pram and then went through the user guide telling her which pictures of the configurations that I wanted and she explained everything to me in terms of what I need and how to assemble / put together the pram. She was super super patient - I loved speaking with her!

As parents who are frequently on the go, our Peach 7 has been a life saver! The roll up and dine feature is brilliant as we can enjoy family mealtimes wherever we are. Plus, we are obsessed with the gorgeous Coco colourway, it's super stylish and we get so many compliments.

Awful retailer Not resolved my pram, only care about there right to do this and that not the fact my child was injured and they changed the wheel system because it was clearly faulty. Appalling customer services clearly charge so much for there product it’s don’t matter about the customers

Awful service, still haven’t received my items I ordered. I emailed them days ago and still haven’t had a response! Still after your reply saying you would email me on 12/2/24 I still have not received an email. Shocking customer service

Replacement pram hood and shopping basket for a 3 year old icandy peach cerium. Pram looks like new again. Reasonable price, excellent customer service (to check ordering correct thing) and very fast delivery.

Bought a pram from your authorised stockist from your website to then find out they have taken our money and no pram. Customer service didn’t seem to be bothered and no help at all. If I could I would give them a 0 star
