Discontinued pushchair and rude managers

Purchased the orange pushchair last year and it has now been discontinued Had a nightmare getting hold of parts for the extension for a double pushchair (expecting again) Finally got delivered and had a missing part Then kerry Anne (assistant manager) icandy customer services was extremely rude! Spoke over me, shouted at me. I can’t believe she’s in customer service let alone a manager. Not impressed one bit.

Great Product and Caring Customer Service

I called this morning to request a bolt, which came of the front wheel of our iCandy buggy and which we cannot use now for the nursery runs. I was told to send an email with proof of purchase, and photos of serial numbers and batch numbers and issue. I did all that before 11am today. No email back from them and called 4:30pm to see what's going on and spoke to Donna who was very unhelpful. She said there was no email received, didn't really want to stay on the call with me as I resent the email but did so at my request but nothing, email still didn't come through. She insisted we hang up and I call back in 5min. However I resent the email with the different attachment before I called and turns out they cannot receive PDFs as the email without the PDF proof of purchase made it through. 10min before 5pm (when they close) email was received but Donna didn't want to put in a request for the part to be sent out tomorrow because she didn't have the proof of purchase, which is in PDF form, which their system rejected. for a small bolt. Instead of being helpful given COB approaching and the fact that they only send out mail once a a day in the morning she didn't care. She didn't even try to help with other solutions to the issue I was facing. I suggested she put in the request and I will send them the proof of purchase after, but no it was not possible to take my word for it and make an exception given the circumstance and also it was 5pm and they were now closed, even though she was speaking to me. I suggested I use another email address of theirs, the response was they only have the one, i.e. customerservices... however I discovered later they have a info... mailbox too. In the end it boiled down to one thing, either I figure out how to get the invoice to iCandy or they don't do anything. They don't care that we need the buggy to pick up our 1 year old from nursery, they don't care that you've spent £2k iCandy buggy and accessories, they don't care about the customer and so 1 star for iCandy on that front. 5 stars for their products, which we like a lot, are generally very sturdy and well designed so overall 3 stars. Will I buy again in future for the second and/or third kid, big question mark, if this is the service they provide I doubt it. Update following call from Manager My confidence in iCandy has been restored and an extra star given. I have been reassured that the service I received yesterday was not typical of them and to show that although they only send post in the mornings one of their team will put the part in the post box later today so we could receive it tomorrow. I very much appreciate this and thank you to Rachel and Kerry Ann for the speedy and kind service.

Very helpful people advising the correct part numbers and providing links to the products I had requested. Only one down side having to pay £25.00 for delivery to Aberdeen which they class as The Highlands.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I was trying to get a clamp attachment for my pram however couldn’t find the one I needed. They responded within 24 hours and helped with my query however the item was out of stock. The lovely person in customer services happened to have the part I needed so offered to send it to me FOC! Thank you! Would definitely recommend ICandy
