My daughter bought an icandy orange

My daughter bought an icandy orange. She has been using it for a couple of months now and the handle expels black grease from it all the time when collapsed and raised which has covered her jacket, her babies lovely new baby toy all of our hands. My daughter called icandy customer service and all she was offered was to return the frame and they would clean it up. My daughter also sent photos of the items covered in grease. We are on holiday with her at the moment and at some point we have all been covered in the black grease. I think that is appalling customer service and she should have been offered a new frame. It should have been sent out next day and the faulty one collected and offered some compensation for the damaged items. A lot of money was out laid on the pram/pushchair so why should she have the inconvenience of sending it back and being without it for how ever long it takes to rectify the problem.

Updated - Customer service/late delivery

After saving to purchase a high quality pushchair, we purchased icandy peach 7 and as stated on the website expected delivery within the week or beginning of the next week. This did not happen. We contacted customer service and did not receive a reply originally. Baby made a slightly early delivery and I had no pushchair. Call customer service and was told someone would get back to us within 7 days. We had to purchase another pram. The stress I was under was huge. The amount of money paid for this pram was not something I could have easily lost. In this cost of living crisis, I would have thought more compassion would have been displayed. I chased again and finally received a reply saying the pram was just that day dispatched. When contacting customer service, we finally managed to speak to someone. They offered us £20 refund. This didn’t cover the cost of emergency pram and is just over 1% of what we paid for the icandy pram. Edit - After posting this review I received a call from Kerry-Ann from customer services, she was very compassionate and understanding of our frustrations. Great customer service. She offered a further refund and assured me it was not normal practice and not the icandy way. I wish Kerry-Ann could have dealt with this sooner and the stress would have been massively reduced.

Product is absolutely amazing it is gorgeous. The website is super user friendly and had no issues or problems with the purchase. Can’t wait for bubba to arrive to be able to use it. The product is lightweight and so easy to use - I’m going to love it! Am definitely an iCandy customer from now on !

iCandy Peach 7 Black Edition

I bought the iCandy Peach 7 black edition for my son after having an older version for my other children. It was great for the first couple of weeks but started having a couple problems not long after. The plastic snapped on the carrycot so I sent an email and the wrong replacement part was sent. Human error and the right piece was sent the next day, no problem. The car seat no longer clips into the adapters so it just has to rest on top with the hope that the pushchair doesn’t tip over for any reason. I also think the frame shouldn’t scratch as easily as it does. Within a week or so we had a lot of marks where you can see the silver underneath. I expected usage marks but not so quickly. I do feel like for the price you pay the quality of the frame could be a little bit better but other than that it’s a lovely pushchair and so easy to push and manoeuvre.

Not very good communication no notice of delivery the parasol was left of the order and again no notification of delivery. Although delighted with the goods this needs improving

Pram is even better in real life

Pram is even better in real life. Baby loves it it’s super comfy. The style and colour is gorgeous. Everyone comments on it! We had an issue with the hood on the pram I contacted icandy and they sent me a new one straight away. Amazing customer service (just what you need when pregnant with hormones)!
