All's well that ends well...eventually
This is the review I submitted a couple of months ago: After only 20 months' use (though spread across two children, so the buggy is now out of warranty), the handlebar stuck, so that I can no longer fold the buggy. I contacted customer service, who told me that a) it would cost £70 for a new handlebar, and b) there is - at best - a seven-day turnaround for repairs. I'm a solo mother with two children, and simply cannot function for a week with no buggy: the school run, for example, would be impossible. (My baby is too old for a sling.) In response, iCandy basically said: tough. (Actually, "I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment," which is even worse.) I asked them if they could lend me a buggy for the duration of the repair; they said no. So now I'm stuck with a buggy that I can't fold, with the obvious limits this places on my movements. Whether because of this review, or because I contacted their press office, iCandy subsequently came back to me, and this time went out of their way to show willingness to help. I can't actually say that their eagerness was matched by practical help - in the end, it was my local car mechanic who looked at the buggy and diagnosed the problem within about 30 seconds: the handlebar needed to be replaced. But they did show willing. Because the whole process had been going on for months by this stage - and because, as I mentioned, they were now eager to help - iCandy very kindly sent me the replacement handlebar for free (which my mechanic fitted for free - the hero of this story really is the car mechanic). It's worth noting that, in the months that it took to resolve this problem, I repeated the phrase, "iCandy are really useless," many, many times, to many different people. Had they offered to resolve the problem for free right at the very start of this saga, I would have spent all those weeks saying, "iCandy are wonderful, and I really recommend them." Still, it's all been resolved, and I do now have a fully functioning buggy. So all's well that ends well, eventually.

Purchased the peach 7 it’s awful
Purchased the peach 7 it’s awful, so hard to put together parts are cheap so zips don’t fasten. Pram frame doesn’t work as it should so your orange gets scratched in no time. It’s heavy and just awful I’d never buy icandy again.

Contacted customer services and it’s been going on for 3 months trying to get it fixed! Absolutely not what I paid for, such poor quality!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
We bought an iCandy Orange through John Lewis in April 2022. Since then the brake developed a fault which, at one point, caused us to be stuck in the middle of a road as we tried to cross it with our 2 month old son on board. And now the front wheels are sticking. ICandy have acknowledged that this is a known fault with the iCandy orange and offered replacement washers which made no difference. They won’t send me a new, replacement pram or even a new pram frame and will only offer to try and fix it, leaving me without a pram for days/potentially weeks. Also if they have known it is an issue I don’t see how they will fix it as otherwise they’d have developed a pram that isn’t faulty to begin with. Only after I kicked up a fuss did they offer to send a loan pram but they won’t send it to my home address so as an exhausted new mum I have to trek an hour to my nearest John Lewis to collect it. I was told by iCandy’s customer service team that this was considered a gesture of ‘goodwill’ by them and they’d ‘found a pram and cleaned it up for me’. A joke of a company who claim to have 90 years in the business and be family run. How I wish we could rewind a pick a different pram! Judging by the other reviews here I am not alone in experiencing poor customer service from iCandy. Shame on them allowing faulty and dangerous prams to be sold.

So gutted
So gutted, iCandy have really tainted my first experience of motherhood. Purchased the Peach Cerium spent £1000. Had 5 separate issues and now on my 4th replacement part being sent, this is within only 6 months of being used. Honestly anyone thinking of buying any iCandy product. AVOID at all costs. Their customer service is honestly one of the worst things I've experienced. To the point where I've been in floods of tears about the issues as it's affecting me mentally and they've shown no empathy or even apologised for the issues experienced. As what is advertised as a family run company, it most certainly does not hold those as values. It's a money making scam and they do not help when things go wrong. Even their own staff made comments at the baby show about how poor the peach product was. This is their own staff?! I've needed a new handle, basket, base and frame in less than 6 months. This is in addition to the pram constantly being scratched when simply inside the boot, under the black finish is silver so shows every scratch. That should tell you enough about the quality of their products. There are so many better companies and prams to purchase from please don't make the same mistake I did.

Purchase a icandy 7 peach black…
Purchase a icandy 7 peach black edition. Do not purchase, the metal frame work is white under the black paint, which mean if you get any scratches it shows up white. I’ve only had the pram a few months and it already looks really awful. Wish I had never purchased as the customer service team were very unhelpful and compared to her scratching her car.

Horrendous customer service and product
I have had my icandy Orange for 3 years and one day the front wheel snapped and fell off. Due to it being brought a few years ago iCandy wanted nothing to do with it and said i could pay £85 for a replacement wheel but did not consider the other parts of the pram that had broken and worn badly. I now have a 1 year old without a pushchair because we can't afford a replacement. I brought this product originally because I thought it would last me for 2 children, be safe and most certainly not break whilst my child was in it. Don't buy your pram from iCandy..

iCandy Orange 2018 model
iCandy Orange 2018 model. The wheel broke off with my two year old in it, I contacted customer services to see if they could do anything knowing that it was out of the 2 year warranty. (If we'd bought it 5 weeks later it would have had a 5 year guarantee). I asked for a small exception to be made to send me a new wheel for £30 rather than at my own expense, having paid the best part of a grand for this model and it breaking on a residential pavement. After initialling asking for pictures, they didn't reply for two days. I chased, ending up calling a number of times to be told that there was nothing they could do. I find this unacceptable for a pram of such high cost. It also took me 4 days of chasing to get any straight answer. Overall appalled and don't recommend them to anyone.
