Took my money; now silent
Took my money, never sent me the goods I bought. I purchased on 10th July, here we are 11 days later. No dispatch note. I have sent 2 emails to customer service over the last week - both have been ignored. Avoid like the plague. The worst customer service, especially when you need these products urgently for your little one(s).

Really positive experience, but could have been smoother!
Really positive experience. My wife Ordered The Peach 7 Push Chair & Carry Cot - Complete Bundle. On Sunday evening and had the item by Wednesday afternoon. This was to the North East of Scotland as well. Normally an area deemed Rural. All parts present and accounted for. The only things we felt could have been done differently was a bit more communication. We received an order confirmation but very limited shipping info, only that it had been dispatched. No tracking number, or information around expected delivery date, or even who was handling the item. Delivery would have been missed but luckily we had a safe place that our delivery person knew to drop it off. Furthermore my wife’s account it even has “no placed orders” Obviously the concern here is had something went missing/not been received we have very limited information to trace. Overall however this has been a positive experience.

Spoiling my pregnancy
Placed an order with I thought Icandy at the Baby Show live in March I was told delivery by mid may - still waiting Baby planet keeps blaming Icandy for not delivering stock - Icandy keep telling me they have delivered stock to Baby planet. Neither party is taking responsibility yet they were quite happy to take £1200 upfront. Icandy now inform me that Baby planet were acting on their behalf at baby show live?! Yet the sales chap on the stand said he had worked for Icandy for years and was wearing their uniform. I am extremely upset and disappointed this is my first pregnancy and I was really looking forward to getting our pram - now all I do is chase you for flipping updates

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Due to our twins having a medical condition we could not use the double Icandy pushchair.. the pushchair was purchased from Icandy direct and had not been taken out of the box.. it was delivered and stored in our spare room. Despite having proof of purchase they would not allow us to return. Ps our twins nurse was also willing to provide a letter.. Disgraceful.

What a waste of money
What a waste of money, if only i knew how poor quality their products were i would never buy. Now I am trying to get a refund or a replacement (5 year warranty) but their customer service is not good at all. Please avoid iCandy not worthy

Excellent Pushchair refurbishment service icandy
I have recently brought a second handy icandy Land Rover edition pushchair that was looking a little bit worn. The handle bar and bumper bar looked old and tatty so we decided to send it off to icandy for the bars to be replaced. My goodness they did an excellent job, the pushchair looks new again! We sent it off last week and they have delivered it back to us this week. We paid to get it refurbished with a different company beforehand but unfortunately they ripped us off and only did half the job! I would highly avoid rascalbabies. The owner Becky was very rude when we complained and we’re still waiting for a refund. It is definitely worth going straight to the manufacture if you want your pushchair or car seat to be refurbished. Thank you icandy!!

Have read some of the other reviews, especially those from dissatisfied customers and very sorry for their bad experience! We bought an iCandy Cerium for our baby last June and we have been totally pleased with the product and also with the customer service we received.

Shocking!! Pushchair is broke. They’ve had back twice now and still not working. £800 and now they’re refusing to give a refund. DO NOT BUY AN iCANDY!! “5 year Warranty” is an absolute joke.

Poor customer service
I was out walking with the pram when the front wheel fell off. When I got home I noticed I was missing a part that helps secure the wheel in place. I couldn't find the replacement part I needed on the icandy website so emailed them asking how I can purchase it. I explained I needed the part urgently as I have a 10 week old baby and this has left me unable to leave the house as I have no other way to take the baby. No response from customer services and left with a pram with no from wheel. I've now had to purchase a similar part from ebay but have no idea if it will actually fit the pram.
