Disappointed
As a seasoned professional who has been working with World of Wallpaper products for years, I am deeply disappointed to be writing this review. I have always admired and trusted the quality of their wallpapers, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. However, my recent experiences have been nothing short of frustrating, pushing me to the edge of my patience. Over the past few months, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of their wallpapers. The paper is becoming noticeably thinner, or the material used in some batches is completely different. This change has made it incredibly challenging to achieve a quality finish. At this point, I am certain that using my daughter's drawing block paper would yield a better result. The tipping point came with the recent installation of the Phoebe design in blue, pattern number 50140, featuring birds. Despite following instructions meticulously, pasting the paper as directed, and attempting to apply thinner layers of adhesive, the wallpaper absorbs the adhesive within seconds and becomes unworkable. It is nearly impossible to cut cleanly, even with new blades, which adds unnecessary expense and frustration to the process. Once dry, the gaps between the strips are awful, ruining the overall aesthetic. This has become a persistent issue, severely affecting my ability to deliver high-quality work to my clients in the UK. World of Wallpaper, I urge you to address these quality issues promptly. Your products used to be a staple in my projects, but unless there are improvements, I will have to look elsewhere for reliable wallpaper solutions.
Avoid this company
Do yourself a favour and don’t order from this company. A complete waste of time. Terrible customer service and even worse delivery times. Told us they had dispatched our order and 5 days later it still didn’t arrive.
Disappointed but a Late Save!
I've been using World of Wallpaper for years in the UK and Australia. They are fantastic at couriering the paper to Australia, it arrives amazingly quickly. I was not happy at all with one of my orders which was the peacock paper. It went up on the wall beautifully and looked great until the next morning when all the joins showed. I followed their complaints procedure to the letter providing photos and answering all their questions on the type of glue used (the one they supplied!) I could actually prove by the photos that the paper was put up correctly with no joins showing because I took photos as I went. So very disappointed in the fact that although I followed it up on several occasions. I didn't hear a thing back from them. Very disappointed with that..... so if anything goes wrong with your order don't expect them to put it right!! However their Wallpaper in general is amazing. I have to add to this for the latest update. I did (albeit eventually!) Get a positive response from World of Wallpaper. They have fixed me up, so happy to report a positive outcome. Thanks Guys! I'm in Australia and ordered the 'Isa Banana Leaf' wallpaper in black and white. The box did arrive damaged, thankfully the contents were not damaged. The image on the rolls was consistent with the website. The wallpaper was actually better quality than I expected. It has a lovely soft textured paper / velvet feel to it. I ordered the powered glue with the wallpaper, which was easy to make. Wallpaper was easy to hang and looks amazing! So happy with the finish.

Awful
Arrived damaged. Tried to explain it was damaged they still refused to refund, Insisting it was my fault. They state on their website they will refund damaged items. They don't. They try, but fail to prove they didnt damage the item, cannot accept responsibility. If you send the wallpaper back , even if damaged , they will not refund rhe postage , which cost £8. For a big company customer service is absolutely shocking. Would never use again.

Awful. Got sent a wallpaper, placed perfectly and applied exactly as I have been for over 10 years of wallpapering. Seams all perfect, woke up in the morning and all the seams had shrunk almost 8mm. Emailed to discuss, instantly got 'its your fault' Went into further details after having to push for 3 days- got told I applied too much paste, then too little. Got told I mixed it wrong, even though its a pre-mix. Wouldn't offer any help at all. Don't waste your time.
Taking a chance on online purchases
