The flologic water monitor has been a great addition to my homes
The flologic water monitor has been a great addition to my homes, giving me the peace of mind that if there is a water problem the device will shut off my water main before the problem becomes an expensive one!
Thank-you again!
Not only do I love my Flologic...My Insurance Company loves it so much they have recommended it, and the man, who put it into our house to a number of their clients. After all the research I did, I made the best choice. Chuck De Smet...We Love You!

Flologic is a responsible company that makes responsible products. If you have a problem or need technical support, they make themselves available. I have had their company to be easy to deal with and supportive. I recommend them highly.
Love it and it's great peace of mind!
Love the product and unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. We had a water leak and a rather large insurance claim. It was not until that event that I learned about this product. I ordered it, got a plumber to install it and it also tied directly into our home security system. What a terrific peace of mind.
Feel very confident with system
Feel very confident with system. Two homes in our area had extensive water damage from broken pipes. Yes insurance covered their losses but what a pain that could have been avoided. We use it a lot to time 30 min of watering in yard and or plants. Not exactly what it was intended for but lets us know it is working.

Our biggest problem happens when we have been gone on a vacation. If we haven't turned off the flologic, it detects a leak after we use the water when we come home. Everything thing else is great...the support and the product.
The team at Flologic is second to none
The team at Flologic is second to none! I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have installed their systems in my home, vacation home, and multiple investment properties. The product is great and the service is fantastic!

I depend on it every winter for my summer house.
Disappointed
I was a beta tester many years ago. I installed a few units in Durham and spent some time working with Chuck D. I was very happy with the product. I eventually moved to Cary and installed a few of the new Flologics. I had nothing but problems, and finally gave up on your product. Chuck could not help me, even when I drove to his office and he supposedly reprogrammed the electronics. I still have a system installed but it has been unplugged for years. It a shame because I believed in your concept, and after doing millions of dollars of water restoration in my business in Avalon, NJ, I thought you had a great product. You lost me when your system went from simple to extremely complex. Chip Dodd
Quality Product & Service but.......
For quality of product and service I would give FloLogic 10 stars. However, for protecting my home I would give FloLogic 3 stars. My home is not protected while running the Irrigation system or when the water softener regenerates. Each of these systems have external sensors. When the external sensor detects water flow the FloLogic timer is disabled. This allows each of these systems to run without interruption but a water leak would not be detected when irrigating or when the water softener is regenerating (because the FloLogic timer is disabled). Secondly, we have an in-furnance humidifier. Its drip rate, while the furnace is running, is 12-13 oz/min (which is high). The humidifier can run in excess of one + hours. The drip rate setting, on the FloLogic control panel, has to be adjusted to compensate for the humidifier drip rate. During the winter months, the drip rate is set to around 13 oz/min (which is high) which, per FloLogic, is considered a seasonal adjustment. So, what this means, is during the winter months, a leak with a drip rate below 13 oz/min would go undetected. This is unacceptable! To be fair, the drip rate could be lowered to an acceptable rate (well below 12 oz/min) and in combination the "interval timer" (how long detected water flow is allowed to run) can be increased to somewhere above one hour. This is a better solution which I will try but even at this setting a leak would flow for however long the interval timer is set (in this example for over an hour). That too is unacceptable. Thirdly, the system is "dumb" meaning it cannot communicate with an electronic device (such as a phone). It would be a great feature if the FloLogic unit could be operated remotely or if the system could alert the home owner of a leak in progress / a flow rate which exceeds a particular "set rate".
