1) They replied when I reported problem on check out. 2) Remembered my basket so that I did not have to retype my ordered items. I wish I could find every classical or jazz record I can dream of. Some records are really not available. (only as spotify streams).

I bought some classical music MP3. Everything went well. Unlike on Amazon, I can buy them from the Czech Republic. Thumbs up.
