Dealing with one office for estate agents and solicitors all in one place where they also communicated easily with each other made everything easy. The software used by both parties were also very good. We knew about viewings, times, dates, clients & 2nd viewings. But the staff also kept us informed. We felt they listened to us. They were knowledgeable and patient. The legal side also Has a good software that we could log into To keep up with the status of the proceedings.
