There were difficulties with our buyer but despite this Ocean kept us informed at all times, were always friendly and helpful and made the process as smooth as possible.

First of all, I was happy with the original valuation of the property, which sold at asking price. The sales process was long, and complicated by one or two factors outside anybody's control, but Jamie and Sadie were extremely helpful throughout, keeping me informed, always available to help with any queries and really going above and beyond to make the whole process run as smoothly as it could in the circumstances. Simon and the team were very friendly, and helped with all aspects of choosing a new mortgage for our house purchase (we were selling and buying). Simon also helped us through all the options of mortgage protection (life cover and income protection) - these were clearly explained, and it made the process of choosing the various covers much more straight forward.
