Luigi was very helpful, we did not know where to start with the mortgage process especially since we have a non-standard professional situation. We were really happy with the different quotes provided and the continuous check-ins.

The way and speed Livia conducted the whole process of buying the house,nothing too much trouble and would get back to me in a instant with any questions,I have been buying and selling houses about 40 years and I got to say this was the best service ever😊

Chris came to value our property - we chose him as he was friendly & not pushy at all. A lot of other estate agents we discovered around BS9 would say “if you were on the market with us, it would put you in a better place if you wanted to bid on one of our other properties.” No mention of any of this from Ocean. Sam our sale agent was always happy and positive - extremely pleasant to deal with. He had great energy & you can tell he enjoys his job. Tanya who was in the final stage was great at keeping us informed about the chain & very friendly & explained the process well.

I didnot find my need yet , but Molly was really active staff and amazing personality , cooperative and supportive . I like to deal with her 🏠 to find my home 🏠 Thank u to have such this attitude of staff in ur company 👍

All the crew has been close to me since the beginning, supporting me step by step till the end of the process. I had the good idea to get the mortgage advisor with Ocean.. and I think Richard has been excellent. Also their solicitor has been pretty good. Thank you everyone.
