A great experience from start to finish. Communication from everyone at Ocean was professional, timely and informative. Curtis took us smoothly through the initial marketing process before passing over to Move Manager Lauren who kept us updated throughout the sale. Using Ocean’s in-house conveyancing team made things really easy as everything was under one roof, and again Lily and the team were a pleasure to deal with - nothing like the usual narrative around solicitors. Staff helped us to navigate a few challenges elsewhere in the chain as we got nearer to exchange and completion, again keeping us updated and offering reassurance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ocean Estate Agents and Ocean Property Lawyers, and in fact have already done so which has resulted in friends listing their properties with Ocean!
