I bought a watertight bag with 5 years warranty . Some years later I found out that it was not totally watertight, as there were tiny holes along the sides of the zipper, apparently from the sewing in of the zipper. I had lost the receipt but tried anyway to see what Ortlieb would do for me but they referred me to the local importer who referred me to the shop I bought it from and they refused to even look into the matter, as I don't have the receipt. After renewed complaint to Ortlieb, THEY SENT ME A TOTALLY NEW BAG. They even gave me a choice of colour :-) THANK YOU ORTLIEB
