our georgi is 13 and was very poorly they kept him in there hospital for a few days kept us informed us of his progress every day and thankfully has made a full recovery cant thank them enough

Not a great experience in general. Was advised by previous vet to use Vetsure (few years ago) some time after found out my dog needed a knee op which wasnt covered under 'accident policy' well it definatley wasnt on purpose. Then after upgrading policy recently to highest cover, 4 odd weeks later she needed an xray. Not covered again. Bored of these types of insursnce companies all dodging helping out.
