Had cause to make a claim and all was sorted no problem First class!

Vetsure have been very easy to deal with...helpful customer service, affordable cover & a company that only charges you one excess per unrelated condition ever! Have only just taken out this policy and was attracted by it as significantly cheaper than the company I have used in the past albeit for slightly less coverage. This is for a mature dog I have rehomed so I do have some concerns that if anything is in her records that I am unaware of this could mean I cannot claim for certain conditions if there is a vaguest possibility that it could be linked to any future illness. Only time will tell how I feel about this policy, i.e.. when I need to make a claim
