Worst Experience Imaginable

I ordered a dress from MissesDressy and I made sure that the dress would arrive before my brother's wedding before ordering it. (I made sure by speaking to the ladies that work there). Instead of shipping the dress to the shipping address they shipped it to the billing address IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY and as a result my dress did not arrive on time for one of the most important events that would occur in my life. I kept searching for a dress for weeks and hours and when I finally ordered it (after a battle of stress because of one employee who was completely ignorant on how procedures work), I never got it because of another employee's recklessness. Now, they want me to fix up after their mistake and retrieve the dress from the billing address which I know nothing about since it is the address that my sister used to live in long ago. I cannot reach that address nor is it my responsibility to do so but it is theirs. Not only that, but they are REFUSING to issue the refund before they have the dress. What rude and unacceptable conduct on behalf of MissesDressy management and customer service. I expected far beyond that as my sister and I always turn to them whenever we have important functions, but never again!!
