Great Experience just now. I highly recommend you click on the live chat and ask for May. Super friendly, very helpful and made sure i dont miss out on free shoes! She took the time to search all shoes for my size and send me the links for them. Highly appreciate it and made my experience very satisfactory.

This particular order went really well. I was hesitating at first because of my first experience for the wrong mailing address. This item originally didn't ship to Italy but luckily their customer service representative was of great help! The dress arrived just on time and there wasn't any kind of adjustments made. It was costly but it was so worth it! I was worried at first because the dress might look like too "bar-like" outfit but it looked stunning, simple and elegant! I would also like to extend my compliments to May (customer service), she called me naking sure if I received the dress and the whole ordering experience was just really good that it gained back my confidence ordering online!

Great Costumer Service

I went onto the online shop in search of a dress that i had seen somewhere else and was hoping that they had it. They did! I was talking to Dolly and she was very nice and offered to give me free shoes and a silicon bra after i had asked if they have any discounts available. She was very helpful and i would defiantly shop there again!

Rita was awesome when taking my order and even offered free 2 day express shipping! That was really nice of her. Through no fault of MissesDressy, the post office took almost a whole week to deliver the dress. I'm just glad that I received the dress intact hand it was true to color as shown on the website. I highly recommend MissesDressy!

Tried to ruin my wedding! WORST customer experience ive EVER had

Brides AVOID!!!!!! please avoid this company at all cost. I was sent 5 bridesmaid dresses, 4 of which were too small....I don't mean an inch or two I mean 2-3 dress sizes.... My bridesmaids referred to the size chart on the website and ordered sizes true to that. Bridesmaid A is a UK size 10, one of the 10's fit her perfectly...the other could not zip up at all it was that small at the back. I have asked to speak to the manager 12 TIMES!!!!! and still they have never spoken to me on the phone. Please read the small print....which completely breaches consumers rights!!!! A seamstress advised it was a huge task to fix and told me Missessdressy had got their sizing wrong.....Missesdressy wouldn't offer any money towards the alterations or a refund...claiming they were special order, they were NOT, then asked that I send pics of the dressy not fitting - which I did their response " you bridesmaids don't look like size 10's (even though I ordered size 18 and 20 also) you have measured them wrong its your fault. They did not apologise or even refer to the fact this this must be hugely stressful 3 months before my wedding date. The tags on the dress said that they could be returned if not removed. They cost £560 which they are claiming I will not get back..I have had to buy 5 new bridesmaid dresses from elsewhere - All fit perfect and all apparently the same size as Missesdressy....please do not buy bridesmaid dresses here! they will threaten to ruin your big day scandalous.....
