Horrible shopping experience!!!! WARNING, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! in fact my order was back in 2015 Yes, I know it was long time ago Back then I didn't know a lot about online shopping I didn't know what Trustpilot is! Let me tell my story.. This website popped up in my Google search for a certain fashion designer They were from advertised websites tgrough google You now when they pop first in a google search However, I opened there website and found a really beautiful dress. My size was out of stock but can be ordered as a special order and it will take more time. I didn't mind waiting, so I simply order it. And I was charged full price, no problems so far.. Few days later they contacted me saying the dress is now discontinued because its from last season and the designer won't do it now he only receives new season's orders, so they said you can choose any other dress you like from our website within the price range and offered me few more dollars as an appology! They didn't say anything about refund!! Though, I was surprised how would they charged me full price when they are not even sure they can fulfill my order!! However, I took a deep breath, replied to there appologizing email that I'm not interested in anything else in the website, I just want a full refund. Easy right? I guess not to them. The replied, we will refund your money and will notify you whenever we do so. I said okay, good. Weeks and weeks pass and nothing from them! I contacted them again by a live chat through there website, and guess what happened? The lady from customer service sent me a link asking me to write a good review mentioning her name in it. I didn't know what that website was, she said if I write thegood review it will ease my problem process!! I don't know how!! And I was foolish enough to do what she asked and wrote that positive review mentioning her name, too. After that she promised it will only take few more days to get my transaction back. I believed her, and kept waiting.. More weeks passing with no answer.. I emailed them again, I was really upset the just keep promising woth no actions. What I did finally after about 2 months of waiting, I just made my bank resolve it. I filed a complaint to American Express about that issue and attached my emails with Missesdressy as an evidence. And that was how I got my money back Thanks to American Express If it wasn't through them I guess I would be delayed for ever!!! The worst shopping experience I ever had in my life Never recommend it to anyone, especially if they are still the same Now, why I'm writing this review today after 3 years? I just happened to receive an email from a website after delivering me a package, asking for an honest review about their services. After I wrote my review I realized this was the same website where I wrote for Missesdressy And yeah, that was it I hope this can help someone in the future..

Awesome service! My experience with this company was excellent. DOLLY was very patient with my every question and I really appreciated her customer service. I was a first time buyer with this company and she helped me so much and she was soo understanding she made me feel at ease with everything. She was very friendly and very understanding. Going out of her way to help me so late at night, meant the world to me. I recommend this company to everyone including my friends.
