I have not received my dress yet, but Misses Dressy have great customer service. I emailed the company at 10:56pm and got a reply 25 minutes later from Celeste who answered all my questions. I was so shocked to see how fast I got a reply. They really do value their customers.

I liked a dress a lot! Normally it takes 16 weeks to ship to Belgium. But thanks to Mrs May i received my dress in 2 weeks!! She is great! Thanks a lot for the great service! Very friendly!

I used the Live Chat for most of my order, which was pretty useful. Celeste, a MissesDressy representative has helped me along the way and kept me up to date on the online purchase and shipping. I really loved my experience with MissesDressy, especially since I never ordered online prior.

I made an online purchase on the site and I'm super excited to receive my dress, talked to Celeste and he kindly informed me that my dress will arrive in time.

I ordered a dress online when it arrived it was slightly too small so I called immediately as I knew about the 3 day return policy. I spoke with Dolly who was very knowledgeable and she emailed me the return instructions right away and we got to ordering a replacement which I hope to receive this week. With my initial order I used the online chat and spoke with Jace and she was also very helpful. Would definitely use this company again.
