I purchased a heavy-duty replacement pressure washer hose in March of 2022. Despite being used only about 20 times, but now the hose has now ruptured rendering it unusable. Considering it is classified as a "heavy-duty" hose, I am under the impression that its durability should extend well beyond the span of 17 months. When I contacted the company they are telling me that I have to cover the cost of repairs including all postage myself.

Karcher Xpert One HD 7125 Replacement Hose - 15m. The wrong hose was shipped out. I sent Cleantec photos clearly showing what the issue was and the replacement that was sent was identical to the first one. A full refund was given but no attempt was made to rectify the issue. Very poor quality control allowing the wrong part to be shipped twice.

Great service, posted first class, product is top quality and original, not a cheep copy. I'll have no hesitation using them again.
